The Gaffiero Health Behaviour Research Group conducts interdisciplinary research at the intersection of health psychology, behavioural science, and public health. Our work is guided by scientific rigour, theoretical insight and a commitment to meaningful, real-world impact.

We aim to generate robust evidence that advances how health behaviours are understood, measured and influenced — to improve outcomes for individuals and communities.
