Biography
Stephanie A. Davey is a PhD student in Health Psychology at King’s College London. Her programme of research explores the barriers and facilitators of influenza vaccination in children. Her main research interests include vaccination decision-making and health promotion and health communication, particularly on social media. She is involved in a number of projects including HPV vaccination uptake in boys, trust and COVID-19 vaccination in Ghana, and mentoring in health psychology. Stephanie is supervised by Dr Daniel Gaffiero (Director of studies), Dr Amelia Woodward, Professor James Elander and Dr Michael Head. Stephanie is a former Co-Chair of the Midlands Health Psychology Network, Co-Lead Comms for the Division of Health Psychology (DHP) and a committee member of the Health Psychology Trainee Network.
